Job requirements:
1. Under 40 years old, with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in architectural design or real estate related majors;
2. Familiar with the high-end building materials industry, with more than two years of marketing experience in construction hardware or similar products, and independent communication experience in sales projects such as real estate, decoration, high-end hotels, government departments, and other high-end buildings. Customers with customer sources (real estate, decoration, high-end hotels, government departments) are preferred.
3. Strong market development and public relations skills, able to withstand certain work pressure;

2. Assist technical support engineers in providing application product solution support to customers and handling relevant bidding documents;
3. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, design institutes, engineering companies, etc;
4. Evaluate existing sales channels and customer base, identify new business opportunities and customers;
5. Complete the collection of accounts receivable;
6. Assist in establishing sales targets and budgets.
